L'Amenano Bed and Breakfast è incastonato come un gioiello tra piazza Duomo e piazza Università (il cuore barocco del centro storico di Catania, considerato da sempre espressione massima dell'architettura Siciliana e dichiarato dall'Unesco patrimonio dell'umanità). E' sicuramente il sito migliore per alloggiare, che Catania può offrire a coloro i quali vengono a visitarla. Situato in una posizione strategica, dal B&B si può raggiungere con facilità il mare e la montagna (l'Etna); la stazione ferroviaria, il porto e l'aeroporto sono raggiungibili in pochissimi minuti con i mezzi pubblici.I balconi si affacciano su vie tipiche, incastonate tra bellissimi palazzi barocchi e da essi si scorge la storica via Etnea e il Palazzo degli Elefanti (Comune). L'appartamento è stato da poco ristrutturato dal proprietario, un architetto, il quale, mantenendo il fascino e l'eleganza della struttura antica, ha dato un tocco di modernità, sviluppando tutti gli ambienti in altezza, utilizzando la disponibilità degli spazi verticali, creando per ogni camera, dei veri e propri "Loft". A differenza di un normale B&B, da noi ogni alloggio è un miniappartamento, totalmente indipendente rispetto al resto della casa, sviluppato su due livelli, con scala interna, e può ospitare fino a sei persone. Tutte le camere sono state studiate per offrire il massimo confort, infatti il  B&B Amenano risulta classificato nella categoria di 3 STELLE. Ognuna ha il proprio bagno, il frigobar, TV, accesso diretto a Internet (ADSL), climatizzazione individuale ed è sobriamente ed elegantemente arredata. Gli ambienti sono ampi e luminosi e, pur essendo in pieno centro, garantiscono un'atmosfera di pace e serenità.

Amenano B&B is located less than 20 meters from Piazza Duomo (Cathedral Square) and Piazza Universita (University Square), Amenano B&B is in the heart of the baroque historical center of Catania. This historical center has always been considered as the jewel of Sicilian architecture and has been declared by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site.Amenano B&B is certainly the best located lodging place to suite and cater for every visitor's needs and for them to conveniently see all that the city of Catania has to offer. From its strategic and central location visitors can easily reach the beaches, the mountains (Mount Etna), the railway station, bus terminus, the seaport, airport - all of which can be reached in a short time even by public transport. The Amenano B&B has been recently renovated by its owner, an architect by profession, who, while maintaining the elegance of its historical structure, has inserted a touch of modernization and convenience. He has managed to develop an elegant ambiance by utilizing the available vertical space by creating a loft in every room. Departing from the traditional B&B's, every room is a mini apartment, totally independent from the rest of the building, and developed on two levels by way of an internal staircase. These mini apartments can accommodate up to four persons - two of whom are accommodated in the spacious loft area. Each room has a balcony overlooking typical historic center streets, leading up to the Via Etnea and the Palazzo degli Elefanti, and surrounded by beautiful baroque buildings. Each room has been developed to provide maximum comfort - in fact Amenano B&B is classified in the '3 Star' category. Each mini apartment has its own full private bathroom, mini bar, TV, air conditioner, direct Internet ADSL access and elegantly furnished. Although the B&B is located in the center of town, all rooms are spacious and airy with a quiet and serene atmosphere where one can relax in tranquility. Maximum hygiene and cleanliness are guaranteed - all rooms are cleaned on a daily basis and linen (sheets and towels) are also changed daily.
