I due appartamenti sono attigui e situati tra i verdi limoneti della Timpa ed il profumo del mare perennemente turchino.
La posizione consente di raggiungere agevolmente tutte le principali mete turistiche della Sicilia orientale ( Taormina, Giardini Naxos, Gole Alcantara, Messina, Catania ed il vulcano Etna) per uniche ed originali escursioni.
Ogni appartamento si compone di due vani e servizi, 2/4 posti letto, ben arredato e dotato di tutti i comforts: angolo cottura autonomo fornito di stoviglie ed utensili, frigo, lavatrice, tv color, asciugacapelli, climatizzatore, tavola e ferro da stiro, posto auto etc.
Nel raggio di pochi metri c'è tutto quanto può rendere agevole il soggiorno: supermercato, bar, pizzeria, ristoranti sul mare, generi alimentari, emporio, banca, posta.

Casa Vacanze Verdemare offers two apartments recently restructured situated at S. Tecla, a little town on the east coast of Sicily, very typical for itd crystalline water and for its sea depth which is ready to be explored.
S. Tecla is a well positioned town far from Acireale 5 km and from Catania 15 km.
The position of both apartments is strategic. There is an easy access to the main attraction of this part of the coast for unique and original excursions, such as Taormina, Giardini Naxos, Alcantara Waterfall, main cities like Catania and Messina to end up with the vulcano Etna. (Daily excursion on top of the crater).
The apartments are situated between Timpa's lemon trees yard and the turquoise blue sea.
Each apartment has two rooms plus toilette and can host up to four persons.
They are well equipped with the facilities like kitchen, frige, washing machine, television, hairdryer, air conditioning, iron and a parking place.
On the surrounding of the apartment you can find suppermarket, bar, pizzeria, restaurants with sea terrace, grocery, bank, post-office.
Little pets are welcomed previous demand.
